Mare and Foal Lawn is a picturesque nook in Sydney's Royal Botanic Gardens. The expansive lawn offers breathtaking views of Sydney Bay, including the iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
The biggest attraction is a life-size bronze sculpture of a mare tenderly caring for her foal, cast by French sculptor Arthur Jacques Le Duc in the mid-19th century.
