Description
Kingston Park Coastal Reserve is a unique nature reserve of great cultural significance to the Kaurna people.
It is home to the sacred Tjilbruke Spring, part of the important Dreamtime story, which can be explored by walking the Tjilbruke Trail. The reserve impresses with its diversity, with more than 76 species of plants and many animals, including spiked lizards and spiders.
The lookout point offers a spectacular view of the Holdfast Bay coastline. The site also offers recreational amenities: picnic areas, playgrounds, barbecues and tennis courts.
