Description
Cape Palmerston National Park is a 7160-hectare protected area in the Mackay region of Queensland. The park is stunning in its diversity of landscapes, from rocky headlands and mangrove forests to sand dunes and pristine beaches.
A standout feature is the 344-meter Mount Funnel, which offers panoramic views of the area.
The park is a bird lover's paradise - white-tailed eagles, ospreys and many other species can be observed here. Access by 4WD vehicles only, which adds an extra flavor to the adventure. The perfect place for wildlife seekers!
