Old Town Bay

Old Town Bay is a charming bay on the south side of the island of St Mary's, the largest of the Isles of Scilly. The crystal clear waters and sandy beaches create the perfect place for swimming, sunbathing and picnicking.

The bay is rich in historical significance - it is near the original settlement of St Mary's, and the remains of ancient barrows and archaeological sites can be discovered in the area.

Overlooking the bay is the historic Old Town Church, dating back to the 19th century, and nearby are the ruins of medieval Ennor Castle, adding to the site's unique historical charm.
