Lighthouse Fuencaliente is a unique spot on the map of La Palma, where history meets nature. Two lighthouses - a historic one from 1903 and a newer one with distinctive red and white stripes - stand proudly on the volcanic coastline.
The historic lighthouse survived the eruptions of the San Juan (1949) and Teneguía (1971) volcanoes, and today houses the La Palma Island Marine Reserve Interpretive Center.
It offers breathtaking views of black beaches and salt flats, recognized as a Site of Scientific Interest. It's the perfect place for lovers of nature, history and extraordinary landscapes.
