Alchemist is an extraordinary fine dining restaurant that transforms a meal into a true theatrical performance. Combining gastronomy with art and science, it offers an immersive dining experience divided into several 'acts' taking place in different spaces, including a spectacular planetarium-like dome.

Chef Rasmus Munk creates technically complex dishes that not only delight the palate, but also address important social issues like ocean pollution and homelessness. Each element of the meal is thoughtfully designed and supported by multimedia installations, sound and performance art.
