Østre Anlæg is a charming park in Aalborg that was built in the 1930s on the site of the former city fortifications.
Covering 6.5 hectares, you'll find a picturesque lake with ducks and swans, expansive lawns, beautiful rose gardens and pergolas.
The park offers numerous recreational activities: a playground, a beach volleyball court, fitness equipment and a soccer field. Art lovers will appreciate the sculptures, including 'Mermaid on a Fish' and 'Town and Country' by Hugo Lisberg.
