阿巴和加麻札

阿巴和加麻札 (Mausoleum of Afaq Khoja) is a jewel of Islamic architecture in Kashgar, providing a remarkable testimony to the history and culture of the Xinjiang region.

Built in 1640, the mausoleum impresses with its impressive 17-meter-high dome and four minarets decorated with arabesque patterns and geometric designs.

Inside are the tombs of five generations of the Afāqi family, 72 in all, richly decorated with blue glazed tiles and colorful silks. It's a place that combines spirituality with breathtaking architecture.
